Are animals involved in the show?
Santa's Circus does not use animals in its performances.
What is the running time of the show?
Each show runs for approximately 75 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.
How early should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive up to 60 minutes before the start of the performance to enjoy pre-show areas that include walk-around entertainment, interactive photo opportunities, food and beverage, and retail.
Are there strobe lights during the performance?
Santas Circus uses a variety of lighting effects, including fog, haze, strobes, and lasers.
Are food and beverage options available for purchase? Yes, various snacks, food, and beverages will be available.
Can you bring outside food or drinks?
We do not allow outside food and beverage.
Are photography and video filming allowed?
We encourage you to take as many pictures and short videos as you like and post them on social media, don't forget to tag us! #Santascircus. However, please don't use flash or professional equipment and tripods.
Is there a stroller check available?
Yes, we will have a stroller check available in the front-of-house area.
How do I purchase tickets?
What are ticket prices?
Ticket prices start at $15.00 for off-peak showtimes and escalate for the most desirable seats during peak showtimes.
Does my infant need a ticket?
Children ages two and under do not need a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a ticket holder.
Can I purchase tickets at the box office?
Yes, there will be a box office on site.
Is there a minimum age requirement? No.
Are group tickets available?
Group discounts are available for groups starting at a minimum of 20 guests. Contact our group's sales by email at info@Santascircus.com.

What do I do if the show is canceled?
In the event of a performance cancellation, you will be contacted by Santa's Circus' ticketing provider, Eventbrite, to reschedule. If Eventbrite cannot find a suitable date for an exchange, a full refund of your purchase will be provided. In case of any questions, you can contact our box office at Boxoffice@santascircus.com
Are refunds available?
We do not offer refunds. Should an emergency arise, we will do our best to rebook patrons for another evening. Please note this is strictly subject to availability.
